Cancellation Policy

This Order Cancellation Policy applies when a customer cancels all or part of an order within 2 hours of purchase after order acceptance and acknowledgment from NEXTUP ROBOTICS but before shipment of Goods or Execution of services.

Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. All claims once the item is shipped will be in accordance with our return policy.

To cancel an order you have placed with NEXTUP ROBOTICS, you must contact customer support by email at support@nextuprobotics.com or by phone at +91-9695374600 within 2 hours of purchase. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information.

 

My product is completely working but of no use to me will NEXTUP ROBOTICS accept a return?

NEXTUP ROBOTICS will be able to exchange any item only if the packaging is not broken and provided the customer has informed us within 24 hours of receiving the items. If any of these criteria is not matched NEXTUP ROBOTICS is not liable to exchange such items. We urge customers to select products properly while ordering. Once the items are used we will be unable to sell them to someone else hence NEXTUP ROBOTICS is firm on not accepting such items back.
